Psychotherapy & counselling for adults

A quiet place to thinkthings through.

I'm Eleanor, a BACP-registered psychotherapist working in Bloomsbury and online. Whether you're carrying anxiety, grief, burnout, or something you can't quite name yet, you're welcome here — including if you've never spoken to anyone about it before.

First sessions are 50 minutes. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.

How I work

Therapy shouldn't feel like an examination.

My work is integrative — mainly person-centred and psychodynamic, with practical CBT tools where they help. In plain terms: we talk, I listen closely, and together we make sense of the patterns underneath.

Unhurried

Fifty minutes that belong entirely to you. No rush to explain yourself, no agenda you have to keep up with.

Collaborative

We decide together what to work on and at what pace. You stay in charge of what you share and when.

Confidential

What you bring stays between us, within the ethical framework of the BACP. Nothing is shared without your consent.
